Nestled in Middletown, DE, Back Creek Golf Club is celebrated for its beautifully designed 18-hole course and well-equipped driving range, providing the area’s best ‘links-style’ rounds with unmatched attention to detail. Designed by golf architects Allen Liddicoat and David Horne and opened in 1997, the par 71 layout measures 6,9578 yards from the championship tee markers.

Event is Friday, May 2nd, registration begins at 12pm with a 1pm shotgun start. Reception & Dinner to follow. Multiple prize holes and contests will be offered. Team prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers.

Event proceeds will benefit CCD's adult recovery and community outreach programs. CCD's recovery program, formally known as the CARE Program, provides housing and case management to individuals as they navigate the challenges of recovering from a substance use disorder. CCD's CORE Program provides community-based outreach services to individuals who have experienced health disparities related to race, gender, disability, sexual orientation, housing status, and substance use related stigmas.
